Thembayena Mgozi is a South African citizen who has dedicated his profession in the field of information and communications technology (ICT). Most of his junior education took place in the rural school areas of KwaZulu-Natal, south of Durban. He is a seasoned ICT professional with solid industry experience across multiple geographies, diverse sectors and organisations. Thembayena Mgozi has worked for Telkom South Africa, an incumbent fixed-network operator; Nokia Networks, Inc. (A Joint Venture of Nokia Siemens Networks), one of the world’s largest telecom equipment vendors; Internet Solutions, a Pan-African telecoms service provider – division of Dimension Data (A Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the NTT Group) and Vodacom South Africa (A Subsidiary of Vodafone Group). This exposure has broadened his knowledge and developed his expertise within the ICT industry.
