Scope of work
Enable learners to narrow their sets of innovation problem down to finite few. This includes exploring as many opportunities for innovation as possible defining Job to be Done as the overarching guide for learners.
Nurture learners to new creative heights within the new industrial era and paradigm shift in education. This includes the implementation of ideas that are most attractive, which will eventually lead to the feasibility and viability of the innovation problem – Job to be Done.
Implement core ideas to build an innovative solution by focusing on the key functions the design should accomplish: Solve the innovation problem or answer the innovation question using industry leading techniques.
Demonstrate the innovation problem through prototyping, piloting and roll-out execution plan: Enable role players or stakeholders to better predict market success or failure – convergence on the final design that is carried forward into the innovation solution portfolio.
